In most Ohio counties and law libraries specific forms are difficult to find for the seasoned librarian which only makes it more difficult for the person who wants to file pro se and is not sure what he or she needs.  The law librarians in Clark County have put together a list of resources to help those who are not able to visit the library during it's designated hours or without transportation.

The Clark County Public Library.  The main library located on S. Fountain across from the Kuss Center has an excellent selection of legal reference materials.  At the Reference Desk you will find two bookshelves full of sample forms to guide you through everything from a divorce to traffic violations.  In the reference section of the library you will find the most updated Ohio Revised Code titles along with handbooks on individual topics.  The library also subscribes to several research databases including the Legal Forms Database (Infotrak) by Cengage Learning.  This particular database is Ohio-based, easily navigatible and provides a fill-in the blank options.  You will need a library card to access the site.  This site may be accessed at the library or via the public library's website.

The Franklin County Law Library.  The Franklin County Law Library has generously added forms to their website.  The forms may be downloaded in MS Word or PDF format.

The website is: http://lawlibrary.franklincountyohio.gov/forms/

The State of Ohio website:  The State of Ohio website has legislative information, links to Ohio Departments (such as the Department of Taxation, DMV, Ohio Workers' Compensation, Unclaimed Funds, Sex Offender Notification, etc), Voter Registration, Employment, and the Ohio Revised Code.
